Founded by Andy Kloppenburg, Renz Millenaar, Edwin Oostmeijer, and Marc Koehler in response to the housing and climate crisis, the company addresses the opportunity to radically improve the efficiency of how sustainable housing projects are developed, designed, built, and operated. By working with modular and prefabricated components, supported by an ecosystem of co-makers, partners, and consultants, MaMa Pioneers enables contextual and community-driven projects that incorporate state-of-the-art, innovative, and sustainable technologies and materials for investors and other developers.

MaMa not only develops its own buildings but also offers a flexible scope of services for property owners and investors. Through build, design, brand, and operational manuals, it can deliver services independently or in combination, enabling collaboration across development, operations, and community building.
